MAC Haul | Limited Edition Snowball 2017 Collection

Sometimes a beauty range will knock your socks off, and this limited edition collection from MAC did just that! Way before the launch, I saw the teaser and knew that I had to get my hands on some pieces before the inevitable sellout.

The 2017 MAC Snow Ball Collection launched in the UAE on the 1st December, and immediately I searched high and low for some of the elusive range and already within a few days, this ultra stunning collection was almost sold out.


Just look at the packaging, Mac did good with this set and steered away from the kitsch for this collection and went over glamour side, stealing my heart along with it! 

If you're lucky enough to come across any remaining stock, on the MAC shelves, don't hesitate and stock up fast as it's not looking likely for a restock. 



I persisted and eventually got my hands on these three stunning pieces.

+ MAC Happy Go Dazzingly Face Powder
This face powder in Happy Go Dazzingly with a subtle gold undertone makes a gorgeous pale blusher or golden highlighter. I like to use it as a delicate natural type high beam. 

This powder delivers a warming natural glow and looks really radiant on my skin. 

+ MAC Delicate Drift Extra Dimension Eyeshadow
So glad to get my hands on this is stunning eyeshadow, in the beautiful pink shade Delicate Drift. The colour is a gorgeous dusky pink with a gold sheen, that lends itself to creating that perfect statement eye. 

The pigment like all MAC eyeshadows is intense and longlasting with very little fallout just wish I could have picked up a few more shades before the mass sell out. 

+ MAC Delicate Warm Ice Lipstick
The hue of this pearl matte finish lipstick is subtle but very pretty. It's a soft golden nude shade, with flecks of pearly gold frosting which dries to a lovely matte finish. 

I find that the shade is flattering, in a pale muted tone with a warm undertone and it's effortless to wear, in its lightweight formula. Glad I was able to pick up at least one lipstick from the range but sad I missed 'I'm Glistening' as it looks like my perfect shade.

The makeup is typical MAC and high quality. To be honest, the packaging was the real reason I initially had this collection on my wishlist, for its stunning dressing table appeal, so I'm thrilled with the pieces that I picked up!
